- Serve as technical expert and resource for laboratory team
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Contribute to protocol optimization and process improvements
What you'll need
- Advanced degree in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or related field
- Extensive experience with mass spectrometry instrumentation
- Proven expertise in developing and validating clinical assays
