What you'll do
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Post job openings on various job boards
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Manage applicant tracking system
- Communicate with candidates throughout recruitment process
- Maintain candidate database and records
- Support hiring managers with recruitment needs
- Assist with onboarding coordination
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in recruitment or HR support preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
