What you'll do
- Provide emergency and ICU nursing care to animals
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status
- Assist veterinarians with emergency procedures
- Perform laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment
- Document patient care and medical records
- Provide compassionate care to animals and support to owners
- Maintain hospital cleanliness and safety standards
What you'll need
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) certification
- Valid registration in Ontario
- Experience in emergency and/or ICU settings
- Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts
- Strong physical stamina
