- Support employees through return-to-work planning
- Develop and support accommodation planning
- Lead wellness programs across the organization
- Lead disability management programs
- Maintain and update HRIS records
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Act as trusted advisor to leaders and employees
What you'll need
- Experience managing WCB claims and non-occupational injury cases
- Knowledge of return-to-work and accommodation processes
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Understanding of compliance requirements related to disability and wellness management
