What you'll do
- Coordinate learning and development programs and initiatives
- Support training delivery and facilitation
- Manage learning management systems
- Track and report on training metrics
- Assist with curriculum development
- Schedule training sessions and manage logistics
- Communicate with participants and stakeholders
What you'll need
- Available for 9-month contract position
- Based in or willing to work in Toronto, ON
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Experience with learning and development programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
