The Opportunity. Isaac is scaling fast, and we are building a Learning & Development function that can scale with us. One that is deliberate, distinctive, and grounded in who we are. We are looking for a Director, Learning Design & Development to come in and shape how we develop our people. This is a build role, not a maintain role. What you'll do
- Own end-to-end learning architecture and strategy
- Determine what people learn at Isaac
- Design how people learn at Isaac
- Develop day-to-day team leadership and coaching practices
- Build and scale the L&D function
- Shape how people develop across the organization
- Create distinctive and deliberate learning experiences aligned with company values
What you'll need
- Experience building and scaling L&D functions
- Expertise in learning design and instructional design
- Leadership development experience
- Track record of developing people-focused programs
- Strategic thinking and ability to shape organizational culture
