What you'll do
- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with company growth
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts
- Build and manage HR team
- Oversee employee relations and organizational development
- Manage compensation, benefits, and performance management programs
- Support executive leadership and board on people-related matters
- Foster company culture across diverse teams including researchers, engineers, and factory operators
What you'll need
- Significant HR leadership experience
- Track record in building and scaling HR teams
- Experience in fast-growing or venture-backed companies
- Strong understanding of tech and robotics industry preferred
- Executive-level communication skills
