What you'll do
- Source and recruit executive-level talent
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior positions
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Contribute to skill development and growth opportunities for colleagues
- Support TD's commitment to fair and equitable hiring practices
What you'll need
- Located in or willing to work in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
