What you'll do
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Process benefits enrollments and changes
- Maintain benefits records and documentation
- Respond to employee benefits inquiries
- Support benefits-related data entry in HR systems
- Assist with benefits communication and education
- Ensure compliance with benefits policies and procedures
- Coordinate with benefits vendors and providers
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with HR systems or benefits administration preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Good communication skills
