What you'll do
- Provide HR business partnership support to Western Canada Region
- Support organizational development and talent management initiatives
- Manage employee relations and performance management processes
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Recruit and support talent acquisition efforts
- Ensure HR policy compliance across the region
- Partner with operations and leadership teams on people-related challenges
- Contribute to company culture aligned with core values: pioneering, commitment, respect, and sharing
What you'll need
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations
- Experience supporting multiple locations or regional operations
- HR certification (CHRP, CIPHR) preferred
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen
