What you'll do
- Support HR operations and administration
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations matters
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure HR compliance and documentation
- Foster open communication within the studio
- Support company culture aligned with team values of honesty and creativity
