What you'll do
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer payroll and benefits
- Handle employee relations and performance management
- Ensure HR compliance with federal and provincial regulations
- Maintain HR documentation and records
- Support company culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with policy development and implementation
What you'll need
- HR certification or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Canadian employment law and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Multi-tasking and time management abilities
