- Support and maintain HR technology systems
- Provide technical assistance to HR staff and employees
- Manage HRIS administration and data
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple facilities
- Document processes and create user guides
- Support HR innovation and digital transformation initiatives
