- Provide HR advisory services to organizational leadership
- Support employee relations in a unionized workplace
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Partner with business units on people-related initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor and employment regulations
- Contribute to organizational development and culture
What you'll need
- Experience working in unionized public sector environment
- HR Business Partner capability
