- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned Communities/Site Leadership Teams and staff
- Provide HR Generalist support on all Human Resource programs and services
- Coach leadership and staff on HR matters
- Represent Community/Site HR needs to corporate HR
- Align Community/Site HR objectives with corporate Human Resources goals
