What you'll do
- Shape how employees communicate and engage
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies
- Create compelling employee-focused content
- Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Facilitate internal communications on behalf of Securian Canada
What you'll need
- Strategic communication expertise
- Strong storytelling abilities
- Trusted advisor capabilities
- Experience in internal communications
- Ability to work on contract basis (12 months)
