What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day people operations functions
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee records and documentation
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Provide support to management and employees
- Maintain HRIS and generate HR reports
- Assist with organizational development initiatives
What you'll need
- Experience in people operations or human resources management
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with HRIS or similar systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
