What you'll do
- Shape leadership development initiatives across assigned territory
- Develop and implement organizational culture programs
- Build organizational capability through strategic initiatives
- Partner with business leaders on development strategies
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and L&D teams
- Report to Global OD team on progress and outcomes
- Deliver integrated organizational development solutions
- Support the Octave team objectives
What you'll need
- Experience in organizational development or related field
- Strong partnership and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of leadership development practices
- Understanding of organizational culture and capability building
- Ability to work in hybrid work environment
- Experience collaborating with HR and Learning & Development teams
- Willingness to work across multiple territories/regions
