  • Partner with Vention to identify and recruit talent
  • Source candidates for various positions
  • Support company growth across multiple locations
  • Build and maintain recruitment networks
  • Facilitate hiring process for manufacturing and tech roles

What you'll need

  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Based in or willing to work in Montreal, Detroit, or Munich
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Understanding of manufacturing/industrial sector preferred
