What you'll do
- Coordinate programs for women and gender diverse individuals
- Support clients in building sustainable pathways out of poverty
- Provide services in official language of client choice
- Serve clientele across multiple provinces
- Support client potential realization and empowerment
- Manage program operations and administration
What you'll need
- Bilingual capability (English and French)
- Experience working with low-income populations
- Knowledge of poverty alleviation programs
- Experience in nonprofit or charity sector
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in GTA region
