What you'll do
- Lead and scale Asset Protection operations across Canadian region
- Manage safety protocols and compliance
- Oversee loss prevention strategies
- Develop and implement AP policies and procedures
- Lead and mentor Asset Protection team
- Conduct risk assessments
- Manage security operations
- Report on AP metrics and performance
What you'll need
- Experience in Asset Protection or Loss Prevention
- Regional management experience
- Safety compliance knowledge
- Leadership and team management skills
- Retail or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Canadian regulations and compliance standards
