What you'll do
- Lead and oversee talent management initiatives across the organization
- Develop and implement strategic HR programs
- Build and mentor high-performing talent management teams
- Support company culture and values alignment
- Partner with business leaders on workforce strategy
- Drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience in talent management or human resources
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Strategic HR expertise
- Knowledge of wealth management or financial services industry (preferred)
- Understanding of organizational development principles
