What you'll do
- Source and identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate interview process and scheduling
- Manage recruiting pipeline and track metrics
- Build relationships with hiring managers
- Develop job descriptions and posting strategies
- Conduct initial candidate screenings
- Support team members with recruiting best practices
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes
What you'll need
- Senior-level recruiting experience
- Proven track record in talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with recruitment tools and ATS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple open positions
- Knowledge of ecommerce or technology industry preferred
