What you'll do
- Design and architect retirement and benefits solutions for enterprise clients
- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clients
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout solution implementation
- Ensure solutions align with TELUS Health's technology standards and best practices
- Drive innovation in retirement and benefits technology solutions
- Support clients in optimizing health and financial well-being outcomes
What you'll need
- Experience in retirement and benefits solutions or related financial services domain
- Strong understanding of healthcare and well-being technology landscape
- Proven solutions architecture background
- Technical expertise in system design and integration
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in benefits administration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
