What you'll do
- Source and recruit candidates for open positions
- Post job listings on various platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout recruitment process
- Manage candidate pipeline and track applications
- Support employee onboarding and orientation
- Assist with HR administrative tasks
- Maintain recruitment records and documentation
What you'll need
- HR or Talent Acquisition experience
- Knowledge of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and positions
