What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business lines
- Work closely with HRBPs and Chief People Officer
- Source and screen candidates across multiple geographies
- Coordinate interviews and candidate experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs
- Contribute to recruitment strategy and improvements
What you'll need
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Availability for 4 days/week commitment
- Located in or willing to work in Montreal area
